Jordan Fleer Rookie Card
In amongst a group
of other collectable sports cards is the holy grail of basketball cards. It is
the Fleer 86/87 Jordan rookie card. It is also probably one of the most copied
pieces of sports memorabilia around. It is worth about $1000 in mint condition.
This particular card, not in mint condition, sold for approx. $700.00 at a live
auction in September 2002 by the Auction Corner, an
antiques and collectibles Auction house. It is doubtful that something like
this would sell well on eBay or Yahoo auctions because people would be very leery
of fakes and this particular card had not been verified by an independent source.
